Questions

Which plan should I start with?

Start with Starter if you are taking your first orders: you get payments, GST invoices, cash on delivery and room for 500 products. Move to Growth when you need sizes and colours, coupons, reviews or your own domain. Pro removes the product and order limits and adds forecasts and API access. You can switch plans whenever you like.

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 90-day free trial with every feature of the plan you pick, and no card required. You're only charged if you choose to continue after it ends.

What happens when the trial ends?

After 90 days your store pauses until you pick a plan and pay. Your products, orders, and settings stay safe. Pick a plan whenever you are ready and your store goes live again. Nothing is deleted.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your admin dashboard. Changes take effect immediately — any unused days from your current plan carry over, and your new month is added on top.

Are there any transaction fees?

We charge 0% platform transaction fees. You only pay your own payment gateway its standard rate.

Do you support UPI and Indian cards?

Yes. On every plan you connect your own payment gateway to accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets, plus cash on delivery. Razorpay works today; PayU and Cashfree are coming soon.

Is GST invoicing included?

Yes. Every plan generates GST-compliant invoices with sequential numbering automatically.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Growth and Pro. Every store starts on a free address (yourstore.citruslaunch.com). Connect your own domain from Settings and we verify the DNS and switch it over automatically.

Do I need a contract or pay a setup fee?

No contracts and no setup fees. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime, your store stays live until the end of the paid period.

Do I own my data? Can I export it?

Your store, products, and customer data are yours. You can export your orders, products and customer data as CSV from your admin (Settings, then Your data) whenever you like.

How do I get paid?

You connect your own payment gateway account, so customer payments land directly in your bank, not ours. We never hold or route your sales money.
